Inquire about a studio rental today. There’s no commitment until you book. I will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible; questions are always welcome.
Payment
The full amount is due at time of booking required to reserve the photo studio. Canceling or rescheduling 7 days or less in advance of your rental will result in the loss of 40% of the payment. Exceptions due to sickness, emergency, or inclement weather will be at the discretion of the studio owner.
Cancellations and Date/Time Changes
The date of the booking can be changed up unto 14 days before the reserved date. 13 days or earlier of the reservation date, the date of the booking is locked in and cannot be changed. The time of the booking can be changed up unto 24 hours before the booking, limited to availability. If the client takes possession of the studio before the reserved time, the client is responsible for paying for the time used. The time paid for starts at the time reserved, not the time of arrival.
Overage and Overtime
If the client runs over the time they booked, the price for each hour is the hourly rate the studio. Overtime is subject to availability.
Damage and Studio Cleanliness
The client accepts responsibility for any and all damage to the walls, floors, equipment, fixtures, couches, refrigerator, bed, chairs, Hollywood mirror and table, sound system, props and anything housed or affixed on or inside the studio during the time of their booking. The client is responsible for replacement of any equipment missing or damaged. The client is also responsible for returning the studio to the same condition as it was at the beginning of their rental. Dora Photography will accept responsibility for cleaning the floors (mopping and sweeping), and light cleaning after the client's booking has ended. All trash is to be placed in the receptacles by the client and/or production crew.
